8/10 Very good

Check in was efficient. Staff was very affable and courteous. Room was spacious and well appointed. My only demerit is we left our bags with them after checkout and upon returning to collect them in the evening they had no bathrooms we could use before making our trek out of the city.

The hotel was under some renovation during our stay. However, this did not detract in anyway from the quality of our stay. Our room was lovely, very well equipped and scrupulously clean. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. I consider the location as one of the best in Manhattan. It has a country park feel right in the middle of the world's most wonderful city. Bryant Park is so chic, calm and might i add a little spiritual. It is the perfect base for your stay. I might regret saying this as this is where I will be heading on my next stay. Thank you everyone. It was a joy. James D

This hotel was absolutely amazing! I will stay here every time I go to NYC. Prime location. Super clean, modern, updated rooms! The staff was amazingly helpful and pleasant! I wasn’t exactly pleased with the room I received due to it being small and basic and they upgraded me to a wonderful room that I did not want to check out from! Any time I called the front desk for anything at all, it was delivered within 5 minutes. The staff is right there to open doors, push elevator buttons and to greet you with every exit and entrance. Also, one of my favorite restaurants, KOI, was in the hotel! I also fell in love with Bryant Park just across the street. I just absolutely loved every thing about the Bryant Park hotel! I can’t wait to stay again!
