First off, I love the design idea to have the shower outside of the bathroom and facing the room. It actually creates a more relaxing experience. The room was clean, spacious, and had a very nice view of the river. All the male receptionists were very kind and friendly. The female night receptionist was a bit off-putting. I would absoutely stay in this hotel again.

The location was great. Easy to train from the airport then an easy 10 minute walk. The room was a good size. Not sure about the extremely exposed shower, that was weird. A lovely walk along the river and plenty of eateries nearby.

Staff is very friendly. Breakfast has a very good selection, except there is no hot food (except hard boiled eggs). Not too bad in summer. Glass shower is in the bedroom area. Neighborhood is ok. Near nice park and the river. Quick food a short walk away, but bigger restaurants are a bit farther. Longer walk to old town.

We love ending our trip every year at the Fleming, the hotel is conveniently located to many good restaurants and bars! They have ground parking right behind the hotel which makes it very easy for in and out travels. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, the only thing missing are refrigerators!
