Hotel is in an excellent location, two minutes from the end point of the Arlanda express train from the airport and well placed for central tourist activities and plenty of eating options nearby. I informed the hotel about very late check-in and they answered really quickly and I got the feeling everything was clear (and it was). Very good location near train station. Check-in itself was extreamly friendly and we felt very welcomed. Room was nice and quiet. Good breakfast although resraurant area was under consturction (that’s a good thing for the future). Check-out again very friendly and actually exceeded expectations.

Brilliant staff on the desk and in the breakfast/bar areas. Great room that was not a bit 'tired" & was cleaned every day. The ground floor restaurant layout is a bit of a warren but I am unsure how this could be improved without knocking down walls!. The other restaurant was under renovation so I am unable to comment on that. On a final point the hotel is wonderfully located near the centre of Stockholm and a very short distance from the rail station.

Amazing experience - it’s in a perfect location, a stones throw away from the city centre train station and all the shops. Staff were friendly, polite and helpful, even when I lost my bag they found it for me. Rooms are a bit on the small side but for the price I can’t complain. Beds were comfortable and the space worked wonderfully for me and my daughter. Would absolutely recommend and stay here again.

The hotel is in a great location ,right opposite the Arlanda Express terminal and easy walking distance to Old town and also shops, restaurants and bars. Reception team are extremely friendly and helpful for any questions about the city and getting around.Our room was fairly small but had everything we needed. Shower was powerful. Breakfast was very good and continuously being refreshed

Staff is friendly, location is excellent, but the room and the bathroom are tiny, felt like being in a hotel in Japan, they should really put the square meters on the description. Given the location, this remains a good "low-budget" alternative. Just expect some quirkiness in the rooms, such as lack of nightstands, limited wall plugs, and miniscule showers. The PROBLEM with our June '26 stay was that the entire breakfast restaurant was a construction site. It was disorganized, cramped, and uncomfortable. If they had been forthcoming about the construction, I would have chosen someplace else.
