We really enjoyed the historic charm of the building. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was pretty basic, but good, a nice start to the day. We enjoyed the sauna one evening. The balcony from our room was a nice spot to relax in the evenings. Just a few blocks walk from the central train station, the neighborhood is very walkable and has public transportation options close by.

6/10 Good

Hotel is in an excellent location, two minutes from the end point of the Arlanda express train from the airport and well placed for central tourist activities and plenty of eating options nearby. Breakfasts were a little chaotic as no staff welcoming or seating guests. Our room was clean and comfortable, albeit shower was pretty ineffective

I informed the hotel about very late check-in and they answered really quickly and I got the feeling everything was clear (and it was). Very good location near train station. Check-in itself was extreamly friendly and we felt very welcomed. Room was nice and quiet. Good breakfast although resraurant area was under consturction (that’s a good thing for the future). Check-out again very friendly and actually exceeded expectations.

Great hotel - particularly if getting the express train to and from the airport. Our room (619) was big and comfortable and quiet with the windows closed - but as it was hot it got a little stuffy. Fantastic breakfast each day. Only issues were the that the wifi was terrible and dropped out constantly and despite having a microwave, tea and coffee, a sink etc there was no cutlery or plates! We’d stay here again…

Brilliant staff on the desk and in the breakfast/bar areas. Great room that was not a bit 'tired" & was cleaned every day. The ground floor restaurant layout is a bit of a warren but I am unsure how this could be improved without knocking down walls!. The other restaurant was under renovation so I am unable to comment on that. On a final point the hotel is wonderfully located near the centre of Stockholm and a very short distance from the rail station.

Hotel was very conveniently located to train station and other activities such as walking to the ferry, restaurants and shops. The sauna was a nice perk at the end of a long day of walking and touring. You must book this at least a day or two in advance to get the time that you would like. We liked the rooftop terrace. We also have a terrace off of our room. This hotel does not have AC but we have three fans in our room and we were able to get a nice breeze going by opening the Terrace door for an hour or so before bed. Bed and pillows were comfortable. I would stay here again.

8/10 Very good

Central location made it an ideal base for my first short break in Stockholm. A stones throw from central station, but in a quiet side street with easy access to all forms of public transport.Large and very comfortable superior room on the top floor, complete with balcony. All the staff I dealt with were welcoming, friendly and efficient. The only let down, and the reason why I've given the hotel 4 instead of 5 stars, was the quality of the breakfast. I understand that there are ongoing renovations in the restaurant area, but this doesn't excuse the very poor quality of some of the items offered. Otherwise an excellent hotel.
