A Lovely Stay in Queenstown We really enjoyed our three nights at Hotel St Moritz. The hotel has a lovely alpine feel, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. It’s an easy walk to the lakefront, restaurants and shops, while still being away from the busiest parts of town. The paid valet parking was particularly handy as we were travelling by car. A comfortable, welcoming hotel with plenty of character. We’d happily stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. The view was incredible from our suite and extremely clean. (we did change rooms as our first room was under the restaurant and very noisy but the staff were very accommodating and it was a quick fix) Breakfast was great and the staff were wonderful. Would stay again.

Staff is friendly. Room is so spacious but it’s dark, not enough light. The hotel is on the hill so if someone has the knee problem then this is not the good hotel to stay. Other than that, the hotel is nice and is walkable to shops and restaurants, specifically the Fergburger, Fergbaker and gelato.

We booked the Alpine Suite and they were extremely spacious and clean. All the staff were very helpful during peak season and even accommodated a last minute room change since the top floor rooms were noisy when it rained. We had the breakfast buffet on the last morning and there was a great selection with a barista made coffee included. The only downside was walking up a massive hill back to the hotel each time we went into town. Otherwise, would definitely stay here on my next visit to Queenstown again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our honeymoon at Hotel St. Moritz. We stayed here for 5 nights and loved every moment. All of the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and brought us complimentary treats when they heard that it was our honeymoon. Our room was incredible and everything we could hope for.
