This is a nice area, only ten minutes to walk from Deutsche Opera. The room is very clean and the staff is nice! I was here for a audition, and though I decided to late to ask for a late check out and couldnt get it the staff made sure I was able to use the breakfast room to warm up. All in all very good for a nicer price

Barely a real hotel, tiny “bed” with no pot or coffee maker. The tiny space is like cage, just those little beds for a rest. I don’t know how cheap it can go, even though highly priced.

Nachdem der erste Eindruck ganz gut war. Check in war unkompliziert. Die Lobby sah sehr nett und gemütlich aus, kamen wir aufs Zimmer. Oberflächlich betrachtet wirkte es ganz angenehm. Allerdings stellte ich fest, dass eine Bettdecke sehr schmutzig war. Es war ein Blutfleck oder Ähnliches drauf. Ich bat um eine neue Decke und Laken. Eine Mitarbeiterin kam mit einer Decke. Ich bat sie nochmals auch um ein sauberes Laken, worauf sie genervt schnaubte und sich die dreckige Decke immer wieder ansah. Leider funktionierte auch die Klimaanlage nicht. Die Mitarbeiterin versuchte diese zu reparieren. Es funktionierte leider nicht. Sie sagte, dass sie eine Temperatur einstellen kann und die müssten wir dann die ganze Zeit beibehalten. Von dieser Idee war ich nicht sehr begeistert, da ich doch gerne die Temperatur nach Bedarf anpassen, würde. Dies passte der Mitarbeiterin auch nicht, und sie atmete wieder schwer. Zu keiner Zeit hat sie sich für die Unannehmlichkeiten entschuldigt. Sie gab mir die ganze Zeit das Gefühl, dass ich unmögliches verlange. Genervt sagte sie dann, dass ich eben das Zimmer wechseln müsse. Immerhin bestand diese Option. Auch meinen Sohn hat sie extrem unfreundlich, nach Betreten der Lobby, angehalten und nach seiner Zimmernummer gefragt. Ein auf ganzer Linie unprofessionelles Verhalten.

Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer U-Bahn Station, was natürlich sehr komfortabel ist. Der Check-in war super einfach und Zimmerkarten sind auch nicht notwendig, was den Check Out komplett überflüssig macht. Das Viererzimmer ist nicht sehr groß, hat aber vollkommen ausgereicht. Für die Koffer hätte man sich noch eine Abstellmöglichkeit überlegen können. Von der Sauberkeit her war es ok, aber vom Boden hätte ich nicht essen wollen. Der Industrieteppich war nicht besonders einladend. Deshalb auch nur 4*

Nichts wirklich zu beanstanden, Konnte sogar bei offenem Fenster gut schlafen, was mir sehr wichtig ist, da Zimmer zum Hof lag und daher ruhig - der Ausblick dafür Berliner triestes Hinterhofmilieu...., ist halt Berlin. Im Zimmer hätte noch ein Podest oä für den Koffer sein können, so habe ich ihn auf den einzigen Tisch im Zimmer gestellt, hatte dann aber keine Ablage mehr für Anderes. Alles nicht wirklich störend, sollte aber hier etwas schreiben, hätte es sonst nicht aufgeführt. Das Frühstück war wirklich sehr! gut, besonders für den nicht zu teuren Preis wie in anderen Hotels. Gut auch der Getränkeautomat für heißen Kaffee od. Tee im Foyer, wenn man nicht vor Ort frühstücken will, aber nicht ganz nüchtern starten möchte. War zufrieden mit dem Hotel als Kongreßunterkunft.

Check-In ohne Probleme. Zimmer wird über einen Code geöffnet, ohne Schlüsselkarte. Zimmer und Bad sauber, aber Duschbrause verkalkt. Frühstück eher spartanisch. Kein Rührei, kein Bacon, keine Baked Beans. Die Brötchen machten den Eindruck, vom Vortag zu sein. Check-Out super, da nicht existent.
