The young lady at the front desk was friendly and handled a difficult situation quite well
Cons:
Homeless people camped out at our door at the back of the facility. It was being handled when we got back there, but still was unsettling.
Only one roll of toilet tissue.
Small cockroach in sink.

Room was infested of cockroaches, smell like humid, internet did not work, nobody was at front desk to help us, in few words, nothing worth to spend time here.

Property was clean and updated. We traveled with 2 small dogs and there was an adequate area for them to relieve themselves. The room was comfortable. The only thing I would suggest is having 4 pillows on each queen bed instead of only 2.

Room was good. Like the fact that it is dog friendly, and when the dogs need to be taken out in the late night, or early morning, the parking lot is lit up very well. Check in and out was simple. Plenty of shopping places around if needed. Will stay again.
