10/10 Exceptional

First time staying here and it was a really great experience. I loved the location first and foremost, right next to union square. Close to grabbing a bagel, doing some shopping, and being far away from Times Square (iykyk). The staff were SO FRIENDLY! the room was big, clean, and designed so well. I loved having the coffee bar which had delicious espresso, the gym was fantastic, and the rooftop bar! 10/10 perfect and will be back!

I would love to stay here again. From the doorman/bellhops to the front desk to the staff in bars and restaurant everyone smiles and is happy to help with any requests. The food in Seahorse was yummy. The decor is delightful, housekeeping does a great job. It was a wonderful location and a memorable stay. Thank you, W Union Square. Check out thesilhouettemethod.com if you are interested in great exercise classes a block from the hotel. Also, the farmer’s market in Union Square is great.

The property was amazing. It was the perfect location to explore Manhatten by foot. Everyone was extremely pleasant and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was incredible. It was the first time I had ever been in Manhatten and the property and staff really made it memorable. I will definitely book the property the next trip I make to Manhatten.

10/10 Exceptional

The hotel is newly renovated and is beautiful - including the restaurants, bars, and lounges. The rooms also were spacious and clean. The gym amenities were pretty good. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, there were a couple that were less vibrant, but I assume that's just individual personality. Everyone was still very professional and helpful. The location is also very great.

The "Standard" room was larger than I expected and very comfortable. A sitting area with multiple seats as well as a queen-sized bed with a great mattress. Hydration stations on each floor. Spotless room, very attentive staff. Highly recommend!
