From reservation to check out we had an absolutely flawless stay at The Muse!! The front staff had answers to all of our questions, planned pick ups and drop offs to the airport, had our room ready 2 hours early, brought extra towels, helped with directions and ALWAYS had a welcoming smile on their faces. Our first trip to NYC was amazing thanks to The Muse. We will be back soon!

A great hotel in the middle of everything. A beautiful, clean, spacious hotel in the heart of Broadway. This was an anniversary getaway. An opportunity to see a few shows, a few museums and a safe, clean, elegant retreat to come back to. Opus restaurant is great for breakfast and then for a late night nightcap. The staff was friendly, professional, courteous, and helpful. I would stay at The Muse again and I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to see Manhattan in a great hotel. Thank you for making our anniversary so pleasant and happy.

My fourth time staying at The Muse and I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else in Manhattan. Rooms are well kept, shower great, bed super comfy and location? There isn’t a better one I’d argue. On W46th between 6th and 7th Avenue so effectively the madness of Times Square on one side and the shopping heaven of 5th Avenue just a short walk away. Amazing network links for the subway anywhere in the city.
