This hotel was better than we expected. Every staff member from the front desk, to the waiters, to the bartenders, to the cleaning people - all of them wonderful. So very kind and helpful. The room was amazing, very spacious. The location was perfect, right in the middle of mid-town so close to everything. We will definitely be back to stay here.

Helpful pleasant staff. Nice hotel easy access to Times Square etc. only one slight complaint if I could even call it that. Hand towels on the small side for women with long hair.

Very good staff, properties, location and room-cleanliness. But renovation still on-going. No complimentary coffee/tea in the room. Very high price of In-room dining.
