This hotel was an ideal stay to visit The Edinburgh tattoo. The room was spacious and clean and also very quiet. The area around the hotel was good and it was only a few minutes walk into the old town visiting Edinburgh again I would stay here.

What a wonderful way to start our first trip to Edinburgh! Clean room, excellent food, extraordinary staff, and a good night's rest. The food was supreme as we enjoyed several meals at the hotel. The variety and bar selections were fantastic. The HUGE gym was a superb way to start the day even though we conveniently walked everywhere --- Royal Mile, Castle, GrassMarket, City Center...very convenient to the city's attractions!
