Overall, the property is ok. However, the service is appalling. On my first night, the apartment was very cold, even though I turned the thermostat to the max. When I called them and I was told to scan the QR code to fix the heating and TO CALL THEM ONLY IN CASE OF EMERGENCY. He sounded very annoyed. So I was wondering if heating is not an emergency.
I have scanned the QR code, but there was no other instructions on how to fix the heating except the thermostat which I have already done. We have spent to worst night in our life because of the freezing cold with no heating and just a thin duvet.
The following day, I left the apartment early in the morning, I was busy all day and did not go back till early evening to find the apartment cold. I call the management again to ask them either to fix the heating or to provide a thick worm duvet. I was surprised by the person I was talking to not willing/accepting to help and just talking not giving me the opportunity to talk nor to explain. When I tried to talk, he called me rude because I am talking over him. I was so shocked that I just said this is not acceptable and I hang up to avoid any confrontation.
The next minute I received a text message from him to tell me that I am a bad customer and threatening to terminate the contract. In other words to kick me out because I want to spend a cosy night in the apartment. WHICH IS EVRY ONE'S RIGHT. This really shocked me. luckily I was there for only 2 nights.
