Beautiful property and location. Everyone on the staff was pleasant and welcoming. Vistamare breakfast and dinner were excellent. Pool and beach area are well kept and inviting. The concierge and reception staff were all first class and provided exemplary service. I would highly recommend this luxurious property if you are staying in or near Santa Margarita Ligure.

We had an amazing stay. The personnel was always kind and friendly, really making the experience a super cool one. The Junior Suite we stayed in was amazing, large, spacious with a sea view balcony. Really one of a kind! Breakfast and dinner was also an highlight, served on a nice balcony. I would only hope in the future they would improve the spa, which at the moment is only a treatments room.

We booked this hotel after quite a bit of research and it did not disappoint. The property is stunning and even better than the photos online show it to be. It is exceptionally well-maintained, very clean, and the staff is outstanding. We booked a larger suite with a balcony over looking the sea and it was breathtaking! The location is perfect as it’s only a short stroll into town and a lovely walk to the majestic town of Portofino! The hotel also had a spectacular cocktail bar open in the evenings and we fell in love with the service and bartenders Mattia, Bogden, and Ruben who made the best drinks (by far) on our trip and customized their cocktails to meet our interests and tastes. They truly made the stay even more special! Thank you! This was one of the more pricey hotels on our trip but worth every Euro and we would stay here again in a heartbeat. Absolutely amazing! Gracious staff

Our stay was last minute and they found us a perfect room. Everyone was gracious and well mannered. Unfortunately the breakfast and lunch room staff were slow and confused; especially confused was the lunch room staff, but still very gracious. The pool area was divine even though the pool water was as warm as bath water. I cannot say enough about the graciousness of the staff.
