Pretty bad room. Room was the kind you check the bed before getting in to see if there's a dead body or bed bugs. Bed was comfortable and air conditioner worked good but that's it! Bathroom was something you want to forget about just go in and do your business and get the hell out.

The hotel was totally run down. There wasn't even coffee or a trash can in the room. In the parking lot they had 2 picnic tables & people were making noises & who knows what else late into the night. Traveling as a single woman I felt very unsafe. Hotel staff at check-in was nice. I left the next day at 7 am & there was no staff to be found.

Absolutely the WORST hotel I’ve ever booked. It was NASTY. Do NOT book this hotel. There were dead roaches in the room and in the hallway, trash littered everywhere in the hallway. It appears nobody has vacuumed or cleaned the carpets in months. The second you walked into the hotel, you could smell weed. The entire 3rd floor smelled like weed, we had kids with us this stay, that is the only reason I’m complaining about the smell, but it’s posted as a non smoking facility. Austin PD was being called to the property while we were addressing concerns with the front desk, by the front desk. The only good thing I can say about this whole experience, the guy at the front desk was PHENOMENAL. He was so polite, understanding and apologetic for the entire situation that he had no control over. if I could I would give him 10 stars.

After explaining the rules and processes, he was able to create what felt like a miracle in an impossible situation. Soon as you walk into the building the smell of weed hits you. We had 5 kids with us. Looked like a prison facility. Everything was barely working, not enough towels, didn’t stay cool throughout the night, drawers were broken. It’s so ran down.

It was a good location but I found one of the hand towels at the sink extremely dirty. I do not know if it was accidentally but I almost wiped my hands with it. Seems like a cloth someone used to clean a dirty surface. In the future, just make sure they clean up crew present all fresh and clean towels. ' Thank You
