All staff (front desk, concierge, hotel art guides, front door, housekeeping, restaurant, alpaca handlers and the baby alpaca!) were so nice and helpful. Want to stay in Hernando (brother of Fransisco) Pizarro's palace? Well, here it is with Inkan walls and all.

Our stay at Palacio del Inka was absolutely outstanding. The hotel is stunning, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and every detail reflected the rich history and beauty of Cusco. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would gladly return on our next visit.

Excellent staff greeted us right away. We were able to grab a very nice lunch in the patio area after a long flight. Room in excellent condition. We loved the tour of hotel with an Inca show at end and tried the Pisco Sour class. Breakfast buffet cannot be beat. We went late the first day and it was quiet and leisurely. If you go early, expect more crowds. The food variety is wonderful and authentic. Harp music added to ambiance. Highly recommend this hotel!
