We loved our stay at the Chateau! It is quite an old building but I think that adds to the charm. It was fairly clean and the breakfast included is excellent. Biggest con is lack of parking and distance to closest public parking lot. We came for F1 and the hotel had very limited available parking. It’s also really important to consider the amount of stairs at this hotel. I wouldn’t consider it to be accessible for anyone that is not fully able bodied.

Staff were extremely pleasant and accommodating. I had some unexpected mobility issues and they helped me with stairs, coming and going, my luggage, and were able to move me down one floor to make things easier on me. Very kind. The place has a lot of character and is just lovely. The only downside is the exercise equipment being loud and quite old. I can't speak to that myself but my husband said it was lacking. But we didn't book this place because of its gym. 10/10 will stay there again. Thank you Chateau Versailles!

A very pleasant stay . The staff were all friendly and attentive. The hotel has a certain charm, I felt like I was travelling abroad. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choices and very good coffee. The location was very good for our needs, like visiting McGill University, the old port area, downtown shopping and the wonderfully real area of Verdun, all accessible by Metro.

Our room was clean and very compact. One negative was the presence of a step down from bed area to bathroom requiring some caution in the night. Maid service was good. Front desk staff were cheerful and helpful with various requests. Breakfast was basic but a good start to our day. Hotel is older but clean. We self parked a very short distance away and could pay and renew using parking app which was convenient. The location in the city was great. Overall would recommend.

Very good location! You do need to be able to access by those stairs including your luggage, but they do have assistance! Old fashioned but very well kept. Comfortable beds, soft sheets, comfortable bathroom & all very clean. Breakfast amazing! with so many choices! Highly recommended!
