Overall, I had a nice stay. The location is perfect - I could easily walk to restaurants and stores. It was also easy to find good running routes. The staff were helpful and friendly. Constructively, I was on the first floor, which was noisy. Lots of people talking loud in the hallways and just outside one of the external doors next to my room. I think the place needs an update, especially the bedding and bathroom. On the bright side, it was clean, spacious, and served its purpose.

We were a group of 4 “older” women checking in for a weekend of golf in the area. We received our room keys and asked if there was an elevator available. The receptionist directed us the elevator and we took it to the 2nd floor. Once we got up there we didn’t find our rooms and were told by another employee that our rooms were on the other side in which there was no elevator available. We went back downstairs and requested assistance to bring our luggage upstairs. Also we needed assistance bringing our bags downstairs when we checked out. It would have been nice to have a small table and chairs in the rooms available for playing cards and games. Beds were very comfortable. The inn could use a little refresh and updating.

We stayed Monday and Tuesday night to avoid weekend traffic. I chose what I thought was the best room because I wanted two queen beds. There is no elevator to second floor so they moved us to one on first floor. The beds were not very comfortable. I asked about another building that did have an elevator, but was never shown that option. The restaurant was closed on Monday and Tuesday, but we did manage to find some excellent restaurants in the area. When I asked to extend our checkout time, in order to use the pool one more day and have lunch in restaurant, they gave me one extra hour. On other stays, in other hotels, I was told to stay as long as I wanted.
