My room was clean as were my surrounds. My wake up call and check in procedure were both perfect. I’d stay here again.

We loved the hotel and staff. Martin ay concierge was extremely helpful and very professional. the Bar staff was also great. Room service was a bit off , it was hard to get coffee delivered to the room. Bed was comfortable but could have used a lighter blanket. would have liked a better view.

What a let down
They sold our room, to make up for it they gave us the “best room in the hotel”, we go up to our room on the 10th floor, open the door and someone else is already staying in there so we go back down stairs and go through the check in process again. This time they put us in the Clinton suite.....and in the morning when we were taking our showers the drain couldn’t keep up so your constantly standing in a clogged basin. I’ve stayed there in the past and was hoping to share a good experience with my companion, we were let down

Best hotel in Belfast.
Second stay. Both times, the front desk staff and concierges could not have been more gracious and helpful. Room prices are competitive. If you get a chance to stay there and you don’t, it’s your loss. 😃
