Reminded me of my college dorm.
It’s budget accommodations, it wouldn’t be fair to complain too much as they are not striving to be the Ritz. For what it is they do an ok job of providing that. Bottom line, it was fine for what it was. My complaint is they charge a little too much for breakfast what most would be complementary.

Great Value
Great value hotel. Walking distance (10 mins) to the shopping district, city center, and city hall area. Grocery store and restaurants nearby. As other reviews have noted, there is a bar/nightclub next door that was a little loud on the first night (sunday) but wasn't a problem for the rest of the trip. For the price, this hotel was hard to beat!

It's next door to a nightclub!!!
We had a quick stop off in BelfAst and we booked this very last minute. IT was excellent value and receptionist was very helpful. Room was functional. The killer was that it was next door to a night club. We couldn't sleep. there was no other rooms available and all that was proffered were ear plugs! The other negative is that there was no soap or shampoo or any of that stuff in the bathroom so before we could shower we had to get dressed and go out to purchase this stuff. Tip: when booking make sure you get a room with an odd number. Bring shampoo. If you do all this then the hotel is fine for a very short stay. It's also in a central location

Great central location for a solo traveler
As a solo traveler, overall I was very pleased with this hotel. The location is perfect -- a short walk from the Europa Bus Centre (where the airport shuttle arrives/departs from), Belfast City Hall, and Queens University. The hotel is modern and clean. I can see where the room would be cramped for 2 or more people, but it was perfectly fine for one person. WiFi worked great in the room, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom/shower areas were clean. My shower head was broken but they fixed it during the stay. The front desk customer service was great -- very helpful with checking in and booking a hop-on, hop-off (although they book you with the bus company that does NOT have a stop right outside of the front door; I recommend using the company that picks up right outside). At check-in they did warm of the loud music next door. I had the option to wait a few hours for a room on the quiet side of the hotel, but opted for the immediate room. And the music on a weekend night is legitimately loud when your window is cracked, but if fully closed and locked, the window does a good job of sealing out the noise (you just lose out on the pleasant outdoor air). Despite the noise from next door, I would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Belfast.
