BAD experience.

We arrived and there was a construction fence around it. The office was closed with 2 phone numbers on the door to call for service. Called both numbers numerous times, with no answer. All the rooms were gutted and the furniture was outside. Looked like they are in the middle of renovating (hopefully, because the place looked rather run down and shady.) We had to waste at least 2 hours going to numerous hotels to find a room because there was a state volleyball tournament, and other events, going on in town over the weekend. I will never use Hotels.com to book reservations for a hotel again. It was not a good situation

Defunct non operable hotel. Closed.

The hotel no longer in service. Drove up and only shape of sign on post, no sign. Building was torn apart and bed frames out in parking area as well as parking lot with large storage cargo containers. No sign of life and just a big deserted hotel. Possibly beginning a huge renovation project? I called hotels.com but they will need to contact Wyndham to refund my money since not a refundable reservation. Hoping a non existing hotel will be an exception for a refund.

dont stay here

I don’t smoke and wanted a non smoking room, room smelled like an ashtray. Paint peeling from the walls, no baseboard trim. Furniture broken. Vanity dilapidated. Would highly recommend you find another place to stay. Poor example for a hotel.

Needs repairs

This establishment is in severe disrepair. There was literally a piece of roof hanging in front of our door. I realize this is from the recent storms, but I at least would not rent these particular rooms. The carpets turned our feet black. The peep hole was missing and there was a piece of tissue shoved in it. The tub was full off hair. The door lock was broken. The pool was black. Despite all of that, the staff was super nice. She did promise that next time we come back it would be better.

We reserved the room to avoid the expected flood in Baker, Louisiana. We guaranteed payment. Only after we paid were we told our reservation would be wiped out without refund if w`e didn't get their approval for a late arrival. We tried calling. The hotel didn't answer their phone for well over an hour. I called Expedia and they too were unable to contact the hotel. I told Expedia to cancel the reservation and get my money back. They said they would get back to me in 24 hours. We stayed at a different hotel. I want my money back or I will complain to my credit card issuer and/or file a small claims lawsuit. A court will take a dim view of their renting one room to two customers and collecting from both. I expect my money back.

Bait and Switch DO NOT BOOK HERE OR THROUGH HOTELS

did not stay this hotel is under construction/ Renovation and it is a bait and switch do not reserve or book when you go to check in room are dirty exposed old furniture not clean and no refund policy once you get there the owner stated they were getting new furniture and have been saying this since 2019 on a previous review I just seen …...bait and switch is all I can say this place needs to be condemned and hotels.com was no help the hotel phone doesn't even work >>>>> they should not be allowed to rent rooms to people under these conditions and hotel.com should do better customer service

DO NOT STAY HERE! Key cards, don’t work. Had to have someone let me into my room every time. Ice machine, nope. WiFi, nope. Toilet paper.... had to ask for some. I even had to ask for an extra washcloth to wipe down sticky surfaces. Definitely not following Covid cdc regulations! Move on!

The worst hotel i ever been to, the room was dirty it smelled horrible,had holes in the walls,they wouldn't give me a remote for the tv,one of the beds had was wet and the blankets and sheets smelled horrible,there was np towels,drug deals in the parking lot. Me and my family was there maybe 20 minutes and packed our stuff and left and wouldn't give me my money back,

First of all the hotel wasn’t wanting to give us a room even though we had a reservation. They finally let us stay in a smoking room (I’m allergic) with a king size bed for the four of us. The ac barely blew any cold air in 98F degree weather. The pool which was advertised as a nice blue clean pool was black and slimy. The hotel was undergoing renovations so the noise was almost unbearable. Don’t believe the pictures at all

Y’all. This place is horrible. Bad part of town & the service was bad bad. There were no key cards for the doors; once you left & had to come back you had stop at the front desk to get a maintenence man to open the door back up for you every single time. The AC vent in the bathroom was secured by duct tape & under the sink there was part of the wall missing. The only good things I can say about this place was that the bed was comfortable & the AC was cold. Stay somewhere else if at all possible!

Absolutely terrible

Did not stay. Walked to the room and the door was open. Walked in the room and immediately saw a roach ok the AC unit... full trash can, beds not made, cigarette butts and ash all over the floor and window sill. We immediately left and turned in our key and went to park at a gas station to sleep.
