Lack of professionalism from manager
Manager needs sensitivity training on how to assist anyone with special needs in their facility. She crossed boundaries and made us feel unwelcome. When we told her our TV wasn’t working, she insisted that the only way to accommodate us was to move even after I told her that would be very difficult since we have a disabled person that we would need to get out of bed. She did not understand how inconvenient that would be for us. She showed up to the room which made us feel very uncomfortable and stood in front of the TV asking us what was wrong with the TV after she knew what was wrong. The whole thing was very bizarre and I still haven’t heard back from the Director after leaving a message. The manager insisted on just arguing with me instead of showing compassion to our situation.
