We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was trip for my daughter’s college graduation. We had a blast. They even had a little welcome for her when we checked into our room! Special touch. Would stay here again and would recommend this location.

We were so happy with the location of the Renaissance NY Times Square. We were able to walk and subway to really everything. The staff was wonderful and very friendly from checking in- to the concierge-to the cleaning staff-to checking out. We felt the rooms were a good size and the view looking over Times Square was really cool.

First time staying at Renaissance and would definitely stay again. Right at Time Square, we walked to everything. The room was clean, beds and pillows were among the most comfortable we've ever slept on and we travel alot. Front Desk staff were kind and helpful. We were only there 2 nights and did not utilize housekeeping other than stopping her in the hall for towel exchange, but she was kind and help also.

We had a great stay at the Renaissance Hotel in Times Square! You really couldn’t ask for a better location—right in the heart of everything. The staff was very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We were also impressed with how fast and convenient the elevators were, especially for a busy Times Square hotel. Overall, a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again!
