6/10 Good

Nice hotel and lovely staff. Note that you have to walk up some steps to take the lift, meaning you have to lug your suitcase up. The rooms are very small. Centrally located close to Opera station

6/10 Good

Good location in the center of Paris, certainly not a 5 star anymore though as it is very dated and has not been updated for quite sometime. Room was small, bed was very soft and lumpy. No turn down service, no slippers in the room. Staff friendly

Rooms were beautiful and a good size for Paris central location. We had a connecting room which was great for our family. Rooms very clean hotel is gorgeous, staff were helpful and friendly location is perfect. We were all sad to leave to know that we will definitely be back soon, so much more left to explore in Paris! It’s been the perfect city break!

4/10 Fair

Staff especially concierge very helpful professionals and friendly. Room service team was also great. But the front office check in experience was horrid for me. Room was stuffy and smelly, pillows looked like they had not been washed for years and so so much noise outside it was difficult to get a good night sleep. Not staying there ever again no matter how “prestigious” the name sounds
