This is a beautiful hotel. A hidden gem. The design of the hotel is truly impressive. The gym and workout facilities are excellent. The rooms are spacious and well laid out. The spa and infinity people are impeccable and offer terrific views. The rooftop bar is also super nice.

8/10 Very good

My partner and I had a lovely stay at Sorano Hotel. Arrive a bit earlier and you can get a welcome drink! It closed at 17:00 We had a dinner together at the restaurant. It was splendid, however I encourage the staff to check the ingredients properly. We stated in the reservation that I have a nutallergy but I still got the Mont Blanc. They were very helpful and apologized many times, my partner got to eat two desserts and I got a cheescake in the end. Thank you for a nice stay Sorano!

Beautiful new, modern hotel with a zen like vibe. Add the breakfast with your stay, worth the few yen more, served to order, not a cattle line buffett. Excellent staff service, genuinely friendly and well trained. Great location with near by shopping and terrific restaurants. Will definitely be back and highly recommended.

It’s excellent that the infinity pool charges a small fee because this way the pool is not super crowded.

8/10 Very good

Opened in 2020 yet looked brand new, Room and everything in the hotel are beautiful and very well designed. However needing to pay to use the Spa and pool and must wear swim suite is a turn off as most hotel with public onsen let guest use for free. Breakfast is set and without buffet is also a minus. Very near to Takashimaya and Isetan Shopping Mall.
