The Luxe is a very relaxing property. All of the staff we encountered was professional and personable. The salt water swimming pool was most enjoyable. Only drawback, understaffed and difficult to get food and beverage service poolside.

My mom and I had a great time and was treated like royalty from the entire staff. We stayed at the upper level near the pool and the room was great and the water pressure in the shower is great and hot. You’ll love it. We’ll certainly be back!

Better off staying in downtown LA, this place is stinky rooms are overly spacious to make up for the door dirty design and the hotel hallways are a odd tint of green

6/10 Good

Everything is pretty old and outdated, yet clean. The wait at the restaurant is painful - they are severely understaffed and the food is very average. The pool is nice, and it feels very private and quiet but probably wouldn’t stay here again. The rooms could be nicer. 15-20 years ago this would’ve been considered very fancy, but they haven’t updated anything since.
