"This visit was so very important for my husband and I as it doubled as a surprise Birthday trip and our anniversary getaway. And the staff didn’t miss a beat. They were kind, discreet with each surprise planned and extremely on point not to mention super hospitable. And the rooms surpassed all expectations especially when it came to cleanliness. The food at each restaurant was amazing. The drinks kept flowing and the lounge at night was an excellent place to vibe at or turn up. Also get the spa experience it is a true experience Tenisha has healing hands. Hands down one of our best resort experiences. My husband isn’t a fan of repeat trips, but he expressed more than once that he wants to come to the Hyatt Zilara Montego Bay AGAIN. So that says a lot about our experience."

"The Jamaican and Japanese restaurants were amazing . Yanique from the Japanese rest. Was a great cook/host! The food in the buffet was amazing as well . The beach was clean, the water was clear and the private island was so nice. The water in the rooms took a few minutes to heat up but that wasn’t a problem for me. The ac worked and had the room very nice and cool. The beds were comfy. The shops have a lot of nice things on grounds. Karaoke was fun ! And water aerobics was fun at the pool. The drinks were flowing and the food was amazing. We had to leaver early due to hurricane Melissa but we will be back. May all the staff and ninps be safe through the storm. Thank you. "
