Hotel was very well presented and beds were super comfortable. As a family visiting for sightseeing, we liked the location and really enjoyed our stay here. I'm deducting a star because air con wasn't as good as I'd hoped during a heatwave, and also there was a power outage on our last night. It was resolved later in the evening, but was a bit of an inconvenience as we were trying to go out. I think we were a bit unlucky, because otherwise it was a really nice hotel. Staff were excellent and very pleasant.

The moment we checked in,the front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Our room was nice and big and the beds were comfortable. We ate dinner at the restaurant 2 nights and it was very good. Stayed for 3 nights for a concert at Paris Defense Arena. Brilliant location, literally 5 mins walk away tops. Very friendly welcome from Polina. Very informative and helpful. Very clean room, comfy bed and the most powerful shower ever ! Great breakfast with excellent choices. Lovely staff in the restaurant and bar..they make great cocktails !

Is a modern hotel. The staff are very courteous and helpful. The room size is just right as compared to city center rooms are relative small. The bathroom is big. Good spread of breakfast. Walkable to The Defense Station which consist the varous mode of transports (Metro, RER and Bus). Nearby there are the Westfield CNIT & Les 4 Temps shopping malls with lots of eateries. Overall is a good hotel. If the rooms are brightly lighted & bathtub has antislip mat, that would be perfect.

I stayed at this hotel recently and had a bit of a mixed experience. On the upside, my room had hot water, which was a relief because some of my colleagues weren't so lucky. However, the front counter service left much to be desired. When we all checked in together, I ended up being the odd one out and couldn't get sorted even after waiting for over an hour. It was frustrating to see my colleagues handled promptly while I was left standing there. Eventually, one of them had to intervene before I could finally get checked in. The service overall was disappointing, and it's hard not to wonder if my experience had anything to do with being the only Asian in our group. Hopefully, this was just a one-off situation, but it definitely put a damper on an otherwise decent stay.
