NO BETTER PLACE TO STAY AT IN KYOTO

There is no better place to stay in Kyoto. The location is SUPERB. The hotel is the most magical place. If all of that was not enough, Yuriko at the the concierge desk provides the most exceptional level of service I have ever encountered. Stay there just for the concierge services. Cannot say enough good things about this property, the entire staff is fantastic, but without a doubt, Yuriko takes the cake!

Park Hyatt Kyoto is truly a special place. The location is perfect, surrounded by the beautiful old streets of Higashiyama with a wonderful view of Yasaka Pagoda. The staff were warm and attentive, the housekeeping was excellent, and the service throughout our stay was exceptional. A wonderful place to celebrate our 27th wedding anniversary.

すごく良い場所にあります。 市内を一望できる場所で清水寺なども徒歩圏内、付近にお店も多く、夜は静か。 夕食も付近に祇園にしかわさんなど良いお店があり便利なとこでした。 建物内の作りやスタッフさんの対応もパークハイアットらしい感じでとても素晴らしかった。 また機会があれば滞在したいです。

フロントスタッフの数名は、しっかり全体を見渡し、対応されていましたが、実際に担当された方がどこかへ行ってしまい、チェックインに時間を要したので、残念でした。 複数の国のパークハイアットに宿泊していますが、今回が一番残念に感じました。車寄せの際のスタッフの方々もまだ、あまり慣れていないせいか、日本の他のハイアットの方がスムーズです。 部屋は、新しいということもあり清潔でよかったです。
