Im a single mom with a 9 year old and care giver to my about to be 70 year old mother and I must say the staff is very cordial,respectful and helpful. Circus Circus has absolutely no idea how to run a hotel. Five day stay with no maid service. No explanation of how to get to my room. One tiny soap, three flimsy plastic cups and one working USB port. WiFi only works on one device. Children present on the gaming floor. Good news is that my room was quiet. Parking was good.

Circus Circus is an older casino so of course it's not glitz and glamour but it is well kept. The casino staff are mostly very good ppl. Security is attentive. House keeping will bend over backwards for you. However, the food service and players club I'm convinced hate people. The problem with the food service is now that you can only order via a kiosk, the staff is opposed to being helpful and are often indifferent to you. The players club people are something else. Not very helpful. Not wanting to answer questions. Will not tell you of any specials going on. They talk to each other and get rid of you as fast as possible.

Parking was pretty good loved the 3rd floor access. The waterpark/ pool was a high point. The whole property smelled of smoke *i get that its a casino* but still. It looks like I haven't been re done since 1972 , halls are dark and the over all hotel portion was not enjoyable. Maid service was a request only item? Never heard of that in my life and I travel for work. The floors left my shoes black as coal at all time and it genuinely felt shoddy.
