The Ritz-Carlton, Rancho Mirage was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. From the moment we arrived at check-in, the service was top-notch and every staff member we encountered made us feel genuinely welcomed and taken care of. The team at the adult pool was outstanding, the bar staff were friendly and attentive, valet service was seamless, and housekeeping went above and beyond. Every detail was handled with such professionalism, warmth, and care. This property truly sets the standard for luxury hospitality. The Ritz-Carlton, Rancho Mirage is a perfect example of what exceptional guest service should look like. Highly recommend!
