Excellent stay. My only complaint was the relatively low water pressure but not Is too bad either so we did not contact front desk about it
Stayed here for NYE, we had a good time. The rooms are always very clean. The single bed rooms are right above the pool area in a 2 story building. So if you want privacy you should choose the 2 bed rooms in the other building. My room is ocean view which is totally worth the extra money. It’s absolutely beautiful
The hotel clerk was very rude, he seemed annoyed when I asked for help to my room and that was after making unprofessional remarks about my outfit, I continued to walk around looking for the room after he told us instructions and he came out of the lobby looking even more irritated and told me very condescendingly that he just told me where to go and I went the wrong way, and they failed to mention that most amenities would be closed, i under at and that part due to covid but overall the service could be much better. The room itself was lovely, comfy beds and a decent shower size.
Everything was amazing! The hotel is newly renovated and so everything was new and clean. The view and balcony were perfect! A complimentary breakfast was nice and sitting outside in fresh air and firepit was magical. I will always stay here when visiting Pismo Beach.
Very clean room! Can not say enough good, about the massive extra efforts, the housekeeping staff is putting in to sanitize the rooms. Wonderful staff, wonderful stay, as always here!
We had such a great experience at this hotel! The views were breathtaking. Staff were super helpful and nice. We loved how they had heaters throughout all of the outdoor spaces. The walk to down to the beach was so close to the hotel and the beach was awesome!
This was our 5th visit to this hotel. We truly enjoy the view close proximity to the beach and restaurants that are nearby. The only two drawbacks are that some guest can be very loud if you have a room on the 1st floor and someone above you it can be very noisy at night and the 2nd is that they use to have this wonderful breakfast in the morning and now its gone. Bagels and muffins are available but no longer do they have eggs and sausage or bacon which i feel that they can still accommodate but are unwilling due to this covid hysteria. Overall though its a great place to stay.
Amazing place. Haven't been there in a few years, but it was all I remembered. Very well kept up. Lots of amenities. Super helpful staff.
It was fun
Couldn’t sleep at night because of a loud whirring noise. Pretty modern and clean room. Maintenance and housekeeping talks loudly across the hall early in the morning— very unprofessional
