8/10 Very good

The staff took good care of us. We had an unexpected 3 day flight connection delay, and no baggage. They definitely helped ease the challenges we had and provided excellent service. The pool and hot tub were a welcome treat, as was the excellent restaurant and room service dinner. We needed additional towels (to help dry our hand washed clothing) late in the evening and there was no problem getting them. The room was comfortable, but we did find red wine stains on the floor from a previous guest. Overall, staying at the Henry was a treat.

Great hotel. Sent an email request to the front desk and got the room preference we requested for. Traveled with kids who enjoyed the hotel as well. Short drive to amazing restaurants serving middle easter cuisine.
