Of all the hotels we've stayed at, these rooms are average and appear dated. The best part is the location right across the street front Shinagawa station plus they have a food court and multiple stores (one fixed my eyeglasses for free) and entertainment venues in the first 4 floors.

The hotel lobby is grand and beautiful. Location is well situated a few minutes away from Shinagawa station that has a direct line to both Haneda Airport as well as the Yamamote line that circles around the core of DT Tokyo. Very convenient for visiting different parts of the city.

The breakfast buffet at luxe was outstanding. Rooms were tiny (perhaps a theme in Tokyo) Wish we had more time to explore the whole hotel. The buffet had tv screens appearing to be aquarium. I wonder if this was from the actual aquarium on the property?

Great hotel in a terrific location right next to JR rail station although quite some walk to Metro. Plenty of shops and restaurants. The room was very small but adequate. Air conditioning a problem with it being centrally controlled for heating and cooling otherwise service was good. Reasonably close to Haneda Airport, about 20 mins in s cab outside peak hrs.

Too expensive for what it offers

Having travelled around for nearly two weeks in Japan, we decided to stay the last two nights at the Shinagawa Prince, due to its proximity to the train line to Haneda Intl. Airport. Found the hotel dull and boring, check-in was slow. Not worth the price we paid.
