Excellent location, spacious apartment and helpful staff. Stayed in apartment six with 4 people, and it worked well. Would stay here again.

The 2-bedroom apartment is centrally located in town, steps away from restaurants, markets, the old town, and the Promenade. The parking is much easier than we expected, just 3-minute walk from the apartment. The bustling Saturday night in the restaurants filled neighborhood is absolutely unforgettable. The staff manager was super prompt responding to all the questions we had throughout our stay. We can’t ask for a better experience!

8/10 Very good

Perfect central location and ideal for exploring Nice and surrounding areas. I would suggest some mirrors around the apartment (there is only one smallish mirror in the bathroom) and a stand up shower is needed (we all had to have baths as the shower flooded the bathroom floor) I would recommend this apartment.

Perfect stay if you like to stay in city center close to the action. The concept of an apartment with kitchen, self checkin and luggage store was outstanding. The apartment was very clean, modern and well equipped. I would recommend it to people that accepts the busy and somehow noisy surroundings wit the advantage to stay in the middle of entertainment and shopping.

This is a beautiful block of apartments in a great location. We absolutely loved the accommodation - beds were extremely comfortable and the apartment was furnished and decorated to a very high standard. We will be back! Next time we’d love to see you using WhatsApp to message guests ahead of arrival with simple property access instructions - it’s complicated! Overall a brilliant stay! Thank you!

I never leave reviews, but I have to for this one. What an outstanding place to stay, great location, staff was welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our stay for our honeymoon extra special. We will be back!

Such a cute, perfect loft apartment for a few days in Nice! Great stylings, some thoughtful touches, and location is fantastic with restaurants and bars right downstairs. Would absolutely stay here again if we are lucky enough to travel to Nice in the future.

An easy 10/10! The location is fantastic, just a short walk to Old Town with amazing restaurants, cafés, and coffee shops all around. The apartment exceeded my expectations. The photos don’t do it justice. It’s even more beautiful in person, spotless, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The garden where breakfast is served is absolutely gorgeous, and I loved being able to choose my breakfast time each morning. Such a lovely touch. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Lovely, stylish apartment in a great area of Nice. The daily breakfast is good and located in a very cute hidden garden. It's really close to many great restaurants and shops as well as two tram lines. We'll definitely be back!

Highly recommended. We appreciated the presence of the staff members in the morning, Viktoria and Sofia who were helpful with requests we had about breakfast. We loved this place.

Perfect location. Larger than expected.

Great stay. You may have to contact them to get the arrival information (Expedia did not forward them my information or send me the email) but after that it was great. It’s in a lovely part of Nice and very walkable. Breakfast was French and a nice touch.

I had a pleasant time. I only stayed one day. I didn’t pay attention to details when booking and Wi-Fi wasn’t working on my phone properly, but found the place spoke with someone and immediately had a stress relief that I felt comfortable and safe and enjoyed my time. I asked if I could stay an extra hour before a check out and that was no problem. I will stay here again next time Nice

My duplex flat on the top floor overlooking the rear garden was immaculate, very quiet and well appointed. The building is on a very lively pedestrian street (the units on the front of the building may not be so quiet) and is very convenient to the old town, castle hill and Messina Place.

Absolutely perfect

I loved this apartment. I thought I booked a hotel and at first I felt disapointed as I really don't like self check-in or added complexities. But this was easy. The apartment was refcetly suited to our stay and I loved that there was a lottle washing machine too. We ordered a petit breakfast to be delivered to teh door for a small added cost and it was perfect. I will stay again!

Love this place! and such wonderful hosts. Efficient, kind, tech savvy, and communicative. A little on the pricey side, but the apartment was spacious and adorable. I gave a 4/5 for cleanliness because the sofa cushions and pillows had some stains and could use a clean. Regardless, consider this highly recommended—the location is 10/10!
