The hotel is a beautiful old historic building with a pretty grand lobby. Staff were very friendly and attentive. The Italian restaurant and bar was good. Wait staff were very nice. My room was pretty small, but in an older historic building I can’t complain. The bed is very comfortable, the shower was nice.

But a lumpy mattress, HVAC immediately outside our window running all night, no washclothes in bathroom, no answer at front desk, out of conditioner in the shower.. all things that should be available 24/7 made our 20th anniversary miserable
