Highly Recommend
We stayed in an Accessible Queen Suite. The room was immaculate!! Very spacious and had everything you could need. It was the size of a small apartment!! I loved that they had Dove brand products in the bathroom, bar hand soap, lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, and makeup remover wipe. I didn’t even have to use any of my own toiletries. The only small inconvenience was that the outlet on one side of the bed didn’t work. So the lamp on that side didn’t work either. I just charged my phone at a different outlet, so not a big deal. Also, when the AC was running it was VERY loud, but I personally like having background noise when I sleep. If you’re a light sleeper and hate excessive noise, that might be an issue for you. The breakfast buffet was delicious!! Although it seemed that they need more kitchen staff because there was only one gentleman working back there trying to get food and silverware refilled as it ran out quickly. Overall amazing experience though!! I wish we had stayed more than just one night so we could’ve enjoyed the room more! I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend staying there if you’re in the Columbus area!!

Not exactly what I thought I had purchased.
Let me start off with the good. The property was very clean and well maintained. Bed was very comfortable. The bad... on more than one occasion my wife and I had to wait in excess of 15 minutes to get coffee with breakfast. When I called the property from the airport to find out when the shuttle was running, I was told it wasn't... take a cab and get reimbursed. When I checked in, I requested a 5:15am shuttle for my departure and was told they will put a note in my folio but they couldn't guarantee it. Rather than play wait & see and possibly scramble to find a ride at 5:15am, I reserved an Uber. Was shocked to find out when reserving an Uber ahead of time it is way more expensive. $39.85 + tip for less than a 10 minute ride. But I made sure that I made it to the airport on time! So I paid $45 more than I intended to but overall the stay was good.

A great place to stay
The check in clerk was awesome and we interacted with him through the eve. He was always positive and upbeat. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were soft. The toilets are very low. The woodwork in the bath area could use some wiping down. This room had a fully supplied kitchenette. There is a nice breakfast each morning. There is a pool(in a separate building)across a court yard with plenty of seating around a gas fireplace under a pergola. There is also a gazebo, a grill and a basketball court. We will definitely stay here again.

Everything went well, check in was good. It was a little bit noisy with the a/c unit and the planes flying over, which is to be expected by the airport. This is our 2nd year staying here for Equine Affair at the Ohio Expo center. We'll definitely be back again next year.
