POOR SERVICE and BEWARE oF extra fees
Don't be fooled about the positive reviews of this hotel. The service was horrific. The first day no one came to clean the room and finally at 4PM after a request they showed up and didn't even make the beds. The second day we had two rooms and I requested housekeeping at 8:45AM and specifically asked to be done before 3pm. Again no one showed and we returned late. Management didn't seem to care and would not do anything about this. Also the AC did not work properly in the room. Stairs were very dirty, eating area for breakfast poorly kept up. Food was minimal and bananas old and soft. Finally the most important items. BEWARE this hotel charges $2/day for a "Safe Fee" which is above your hotels.com bill and after requesting via email and calls will not respond to a refund for this ridiculous fee. The management is non-existent and doesn't respond. The second worst hotel I ever stayed in!
