The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast and service was amazing. The rooms are clean. Very nice hotel and easy walking to shopping and touristy locations. The only issue is the train is very close by and we like to sleep with our windows open. We did have a great stay overall and would recommend and stay again!

Close to the bahnhof and easy bus transportation to the old town. Staff is extremely helpful (shoutout to Alexandra) and the bed was super comfortable. Their breakfast buffet was a great start to the day. Plenty of walkable shops and restaurants.

Our stay at Hotel Cascada was really delightful! From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted so warmly by the front desk staff (thank you, Reya!) and taken care of throughout our stay. The amenities—including the water refilling station, little extras in the bathroom, and in-room fridge—made for a really comfortable and enjoyable stay. The location is central enough that you can get around easily without being too loud or in the middle of too much commotion. I’m definitely adding Hotel Cascada to my Lucerne list for when I return!

We loved our stay here. The AC was great since it was hot when we were there. The staff was kind and helpful. There is free still and sparkling water on tap in the lobby to refill water bottles and the beds were cozy and comfortable.

Our stay at Cascada could not have been better. Clean comfortable room, and a truly wonderful breakfast buffet experience. Very competent people operate this place! The staff were excellent. Really appreciated the water bottles and the refillable water station in the lobby. The Cascada is just down the street from the train station, which was great for us, and also close to the waterfront.

Room was clean, but had a funny smell. I am wondering if a dog may have been in there prior to our stay the next day they did a very detailed cleaning and then it smelled much better and was not an issue. I loved the set up of the room for a family and the location is also overall great.

Nice, clean, basic hotel within a 5-minute walk from the Lucerne Train Station. The chapel bridge (Kapellbrücke) and riverside restaurants are within a 10-minute stroll from the hotel. Air conditioning worked fine as it was really necessary with the heat and humidity at the end of May.

A very nice hotel. About a five minute walk from the train station. The restaurant downstairs is really good, albeit a little expensive. The location is wonderful. And the hotel itself was very clean and the rooms are very nice. The staff was extremely friendly. I would recommend this hotel.
