Loved staying on the 14th floor! I used my Hotel Membership to purchase the room and they rolled out the red carpet. There was a nice breakfast and snack area on the 14th floor.

Have pleasant employees checking you in. The was an older black lady with short hair. She was rude. I wish I could remember her name. But if you go to my check in. You will see her name.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. I was recently there 21-24 May, but hadn't stayed there in years. The hotel is still amazing! Clean comfortable rooms, excellent service, friendly staff-I love this hotel!

8/10 Very good

Very nice hotel. Friendly and courteous staff. Every thing was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Only issue was that the TV remote worked only intermittently, and we went through three of them without finding one that worked properly. And we had a arrival gift that included refreshments and snacks that we paid for, and it didn't arrive until the day after our check-in, which meant we ended up purchasing the water in the room. But all all-in-all, a very nice hotel with good staff.

The place is really nice! We were only there for one night but the staff was friendly. It was pretty clean but my standards are kinda high so I notice little things. The shower and the pressure was so amazing! Only downside is the cost of parking. It’s super expensive! Close walk to Truist park if you don’t mind a 10-15 minute walk, but it’s easy. Overall would stay again.

Beautiful hotel! Very clean with friendly, helpful staff. Walking distance to Truist for a Braves game. Extremely QUIET! We never heard doors slamming like other hotels. We WILL return!

Extremely courteous, hospitable, and professional team members. Everything was very clean. Easy peazy check in and breakfast buffet team was literally the nicest and most helpful I have ever had the pleasure meeting at any hotel. The western omelette was on point. Very impressed. Company needs to recognize and in all honesty reward team members that make a real impact on the customer base with a bonus.
