Excellent hotel, very attentive staff. Room was spacious, lovely view of the lake, with a balcony to sit out on & enjoy a drink. Half bottle of champagne and chocolates on arrival in room was a lovely surprise. Both Eden Kitchen & La Muña dinning was of a very high standard.

The hotel is right in the city center by the Zurich lake, this hotel is very meticulous, preparing almost everything in the room to bring more convenience to all people who travel abroad. It's one of my favorite hotel. Good service, Great food and Convenient.

You must stay at this hotel as it is one of the only hotels that caters for all and gives more.
I travel a lot and it is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at and it simply is amazing !!!
Service , food , staff , and facilities are amazing and great location and amazing view of the river.
When in Zurich I will always stay here as it is wonderful in every way and they absolutely do everything possible to please clients.

It’s mediocre luxury at best. The rooms are the smallest cubicles I’ve seen in my life and facing a wall of a nearby building. I paid over 1100 CHF for a night for what felt at best a prison cell. There was no walking space between wall and bed that I bumped into the TV!
When I even asked the receptionist about the rooms and all they were unapologetic. The breakfast was lovely and facing nice views. The only thing redeeming the place is that it’s facing the lake and is greatly located in the walkable part of Zurich.

Wir waren drei Tage in diesem Hotel und hatten einen wunderschönen, luxuriösen Aufenthalt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Essen köstlich. Zudem hat man die Möglichkeit im gegenüberliegenden See kostenfrei baden zu können. Einfach top!

Erittäin mukava henkilökunta ja ylipäätänsä kokemus. Hulppeat maisemat järvelle ja bonuksena uimapaikka heti vastapäätä, jonne voi kipaista kylpytakeissa huoneesta. Hotelli panosti meidän viihtyvyyteen; ei kertaakaan tullut sellaista joistakin Helsingin nk. "luksushotelleista" tuttua fiilistä, että asiakkaat ovat pakollinen rasite joita täytyy sietää. Virheetön kokemus kaiken kaikkiaan, ja Zurich tietenkin omaa luokkaansa kaupunkina (Mikkeli tuli mieleen, mutta yksin omaan hyvällä tavalla).

We appreciate very much the overall ambience and decor, really first class, and the truly excelent restaurant on the sixth floor.
We were disappointed that our room was not ready at 3PM. For a hotel of this class this is not acceptable.

Terrible customer service appalling attitude. The smallest room I have ever been in a hotel. The hotel made the most ridiculous suggestions to me. Unlike any five star hotel I have ever stay. They are always right no customer service, lack of commerciality. It’s a disgrace for La Reserve. Do not think it has anything to do with any other hotel of the group. The building and the renovation is to exacting standards.

Not worth it
The staff made you feel like you were asking a favor. We asked for a 12:30/1:00 checkout and they said absolutely not with the same tone of displeasure. The curtains were broken in the bedroom. Turndown surface was sloppy.

The hotel has been amazingly newly renovated, but the reception staffs are not very friendly, there is no smile , no warm welcome. They looked like we owed them a million. They do their job, but no friendly service. We stayed in the same hotel a few years ago. They were better than the new staffs. Especially the receptionist male staffs , not very friendly. It is not worthy for the expensive price.

We reach at 5 pm , the rooms were ready and the staff told us that they were waiting for us .
Staff are wonderful , concierge staff are amazing specially Kubilay Karaca , he helped and made even a daily plan for the site visits (Itinerary)
The direct access to the lake is only on this hotel
Location of the hotel is the best .
I took the balcony room , I believe it was the best room on the hotel since we have a large balcony with direct view to the lake .
We took our Breakfast daily on the room on the balcony . ( room number 42 )
Also we took another room for the children ( room 41 ) it was connected rooms with also a balcony but not direct view to the lake .

Während Ihr Team z.B.an der Rezeption absolut hervorragend ist, auch das Personal im Restaurant sehr gut, läßt es im oberen Stockwerk etwas zu wünschen übrig.Auch die Küche hält nicht recht was Ihr hoher Standard verspricht...🤔
Was Sie in jedem Fall schleunigst ändern sollten, ist - was wohl als wohlklingende Musik im Hintergrund gedacht war - das Bum-Bum bei der Bar am Abend.
