Just okay
Great location. Room was okay. Bed was low to the ground and hard on my back. Bathroom was split into two rooms with the toilet area so small you could barely squeeze in there (and we aren’t large people). Concierge didn’t like the restaurant I requested and sent us to a “better” one. It was expensive and the food was extremely bland. Not a great recommendation. If you need a place to stay and want to walk to the train station, you can’t beat this location.

Don’t look elsewhere!
Could not ask for a better location - literally across the street from Zürich HB. Was so blown away by this hotel! Five-star luxury service, cleanliness, and food for a reasonable price. Extra touches - drink offered at check in, free fine dining breakfast, squeaky clean and quiet room, free chocolates/fruit, powerful air conditioner (it was HOT outside), green options, and best TV/ entertainment system I’ve seen at a hotel. It’s also the quintessential Swiss hotel.
