Excellent location for Hollywood Bowl and downtown. It is an old building but very clean. Patricia was amazing. Very friendly and attentive.

The room was incredibly clean and nice. The staff was friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in the door. It was an easy check in and check out process and it was nice to have essentially private parking. It was also so easy to walk to the Hollywood Bowl, where we were attending a concert.

Average looking Hotel with excellent Staff.

The staff was great and very helpful. Respectful, kind and knowledgeable! The hotel itself is average based on looks. The street it’s on is average. Old looking street but I felt safe walking to the Dolby theater through the docking area.

Great but need an update!

Hotel staff , Angel, Alben, Miquel (Mike) and of course Patricia were awesome! The room was a bit stenchy and I had to get some frebreeze from front desk. For what we had going on the room was great and beds were comfortable. Rooms need to be updated and more outlets or power sources need to be provided. Bathroom needs a refresh’s as well. Other than that I will be honest on my stay with friends and people that ask but I will recommend this place as the location is perfect!

I came here from Japan on a trip. This hotel is really good. All the hotel staff are very kind. They will answer any questions you may have. The rooms are better than the price. They are spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast waitress is very kind and I love her. I want to meet her. This is a great hotel.

Very friendly staff and great location!

Location is great!!! It’s an old building but nicely refreshed, and all the amenities are up to date. I was worried about the hot water and water pressure, but it was great no issues at all!! The day front office staff and the breakfast lady Patricia were very friendly and welcoming! Can’t recommend this hotel more! The only thing I can think of is the price, but it’s normal in LA anyway!

The Hotel is in the perfect location for exploring Hollywood Boulevard just a 5 min walk, but in a quiet dead end street. Staff are friendly and welcoming, the rooms clean and quiet with everything you need provided, the buffet breakfast is a perfect start to the day

Perfect for viewing a documentary at the TLC theater. A few hundred yards from the Mall and the theater. On a dead end street so you don't get all the street trafic noise. Parking is a little tight was workable

This is a very old hotel. Room had peeling paint. Very loud window type air conditioner. Beds were ok. Parking is awful. If you have anything other than a compact car you will struggle. The breakfast is waffles, bagels and cereal. A very nice woman makes all of it for you. It worked for one night.

We were honestly not sure what to expect in the Hollywood area. The surrounding area has a nice outdoor mall nearby (with a good coffee kiosk) and is within walking distance to the Hollywood Bowl. The hotel staff were very quick and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The bed sufficed, but the mattress was 'indented' and higher down the center, making us feel like we were rolling off the egdes. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with a great location to the Hollywood Bowl.

Hidden Gem for the location and price.

We had a 2 day layover in LA so decided to site see for a little. Location was great for nearby attractions. Shopping and dining near by. Area was kind of sketchy when arriving after dark but we were ok. Definitely a tourist are so expect a lot of traffic nearby. The hotel itself was off a side road so it was quiet at night. No elevator so keep that in mind for the elders. Don't expect a new modern decor because this hotel is old. Old but still in good shape and clean. The room had plenty of space for 4 adults to share. There was road construction leading to the hotel and sometimes that was annoying.

Great hotel in Hollywood

Fabulous! Great location & very comfortable, safe, easy walking to lots of restaurants, bars, & Hollywood Blvd. The staff was so nice & very friendly; went above & beyond for us during our stay. The room was clean with plenty of space, there was a table/chairs & a refrigerator. Would stay here again for sure!
