The hotel's location is great, quiet on a small road. Parking was available without an issue. The staff were helpful and kind. The SPA, oh boy ... no rules applies at all. Very nasty group of foreigners walked in the SPA area with outdoor shoes, went to jacuzzi wearing clothing, NO showered before. Very nasty! The breakfast was very good.

This is not a 4-star hotel.

Rather worn-down old hotel. Location is good if you like nature, all the rest is not excellent.

8/10 Very good

A great hotel very convenient located to all shops and dining needs. Stuff is very friendly and helpful. The only downside of it was the bathroom: toilet did leak water all night, making a big noise and not being able to fill up the tank. Therefore we had to fill up a plastic bag with water and flush the toilet. The rest was ok

Great hotel

Great hotel, closed to the ski slopes&friendly staff.

2/10 Poor

Cockroaches and other insects in every room. Switched rooms due to cockroaches in room and still had cockroach and giant moth in next room.

Inget boutique hotell

Ett ganska OK hotell men absolut inget litet mysigt boutique hotell som de kallar det i namnet.

4/10 Fair

Nu merită 4 stele, foarte învechit , echipament învechi, micul dejun mediocru, croissante tari , șuncă avea gust. În concluzie nu merită banii.

I picked this hotel because it’s the only one in Poiana Brasov that allowes pets. One night stay during the ski season. Hotel was okay although they stoped the heat during the night and it was a bit chili. Other than that no issues.

Great place!

We had a wonderful time at Rizzo! Service was great and we got the best view of the mountains! It was just lovely waking up in the morning with that wonderful view. The receptionist was absolutely lovely and extremely helpful 👏 Breakfast is served outside on the terrace and you get a superb view whilst savouring your coffee. Congrats for your welcoming services!

välkomnande och kunnig personal i receptionen ! Synd att restaurangen inte hade uteservering...men som det var stor utbud runt omkring det var inte ett stort problem..
