Very Good8.0
Wonderful hotel in one of the best areas!
Lovely hotel, wonderful location and amazing staff, especially the guys on the door. My room however was very tired. The slatted wooden blind had broken pieces that allowed light to stream through. The furniture was chipped and dated. The room didn’t feel very special. Asked for a quiet room and was given one overlooking the ‘dead end’ street at the back of the hotel. Unfortunately this little street was actually very noisy. Delivery guys and their vans made so much noise from about 730am.

A Gem of a Hotel in the Marylebone
There’s nothing to hate about the Marylebone Hotel. It’s in a fantastic location (a stone’s throw from Selfridges), close to Soho, and in a wonderful neighborhood with lots of character. The hotel itself is beautiful—elegant but understated. Beautifully designed and furnished with a classy and sexy 70’s vibe a la Halston. The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms so well done, and the staff kind and attentive. This is probably my fourth or fifth time at the Marylebone and I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Horrid service
Truly awful, dishonest service. Incompetent and poorly trained staff, mismanagement and no idea how to run a hotel. Stay elsewhere.

The Marylebone Hotel, London
overall an average hotel
After spending ages checking-in, finally head up to my assigned room to find another guest literally in the room(glad it was a male as could have been a lot worse if it was a female guest) - clearly got checked into an occupied room so back to reception to complain and eventually got sorted out, but must have took at least 30mins to check-in, not pleased. Thereafter it was fine, was not expecting anything special at this price point, just chose the place for location and it did the trick.

Modern and Friendly hotel in a lovely location
We had a fabulous time at the Marylebone Hotel. We arrived jet-lagged and early for our reservation. Reception quickly organized an early check-in. Room service always arrived earlier than expected. The manager invited everyone to a complimentary walking tour of the neighborhood. The 108 bar is beautiful and the service was great. We had never stayed in Marylebone Village: a hidden gem in London.
