Definitely not a 4 start hotel. More like a 2 or 3 star. It's a revamped motel. Room amenities were decent (had a mini fridge) and there was a pool. The room itself was a little worn but at least it was for the most part clean. Traveled w/ kids. Not a lot of space but made it work. Area was decent short drive (~15 mins) to downtown Santa Barbara. So if you don't want to pay downtown prices for a hotel, I would definitely stay at Leta again, but I would not pay more than $300/night.
