Amazing experience! Staff was phenomenal!! They went above and beyond and out of their way to make my 12 year old daughter and her friends Birthday Experience A++! Thank you so much!! The kindness was contagious and magical! Honestly for someone that was in Corporate Travel for almost 20 years I was beyond impressed and this experience just put Hyatt at the top of our list! If there is a Hyatt where we are traveling, you better believe we will be booking it!!! Thank you!!!

I don't think I can say enough good things about Hyatt Regency, especially for the price we reserved our stay for on Hotels.com. Every inch of the hotel we saw was CLEAN, especially our room. We were able to check in a little early without issue. There is a small coffee/snack shop that's open 5am to 1am every day, so if you want a snack, hot tea, or coffee at midnight, you can get that without leaving the hotel. Every morning we left our room is the usual disarray and every night when we came back the room looked EXACTLY like it did when we first checked in. Great experience. Can't say enough nice things. Would stay there again for sure.
