This hotel is in a good location with many things within walking distance. The attached parking deck was convenient. The open lobby going up 18 floors with glass elevators was spectacular. Room was clean and staff was friendly. Would recommend this hotel.

This was a clean location. The staff was helpful on check in. I have a tesla and the valet was slightly confused about me dropping my car off and how the car key worked. We did work through that though. The room itself was clean and I would stay again.

8/10 Very good

Nice hotel that was clean and comfortable. Most of the staff was friendly. Beware if you Valet park the price quoted is without a service fee and tax. Also you can’t pay valet with cash - has to be with card via a site they text you.

8/10 Very good

Clean, decent looking hotel. Connects directly to the Baird. Friendly helpful staff. Cons...in room phone didn't work...so when non working toilet didn't work and needed an extra pillow, had to go downstairs to notify them. Also, my key card/fob didn't work about 4 times, yup, another trip downstairs. Priced like a downtown hotel, but slightly off on a 'downtown' hotel. But all in all, very pleasant stay.
