Nice, but some complaints..
The room was very spacious! We got the Governor's Suite which is 1 bedroom with two queen beds and a separate space for living room area. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. I do have a couple of complaints though. We were there for a week visiting family and were planning on getting some things at the grocery store and eating in the room for some meals. However, the refrigerator is tiny as well as the microwave and coffee maker. I went to the front desk and asked for a room with a bigger fridge, but they said all of the rooms have the same size. I then requested borrowing another and they did bring one down the next morning. When we first got there it seemed we had the place to ourselves which was nice! But the weekend came and so did the kids and the dogs. The walls are paper thin. Our neighbors sounded like they were in our room. Luckily I brought a small fan that helped eliminate some of that. But overall we had a nice stay.

Area rstaurants close at 9pm however, the hotel restaurants stayed open for a little longer which was helpful. Food actually was good. We were very disappointed by the wterpark not being open from Monday-Thursday. We called the property in advance and confirmed that the water park would be open for our child and was told that it would be open as well as the price per guests with a room rental. Our child was devastated as well as my husband and I that the park was not open and the other pool did not have a hot tub. This is considered false advertisement as we ONLY booked this hotel for their water park!!!! When we called to complaint, nothing was done to accommodate our concern and disappointment which caused us to check out early. I left a message for the Manager at check out as well as a staff member sent an email re: our complaints. We will not be returning to this hotel unless they can do what is right by their customers. Very disappointing Ingleside.

Be Ready to Watch HBO or Basic Cable ONLY.
Disappointing. MOST hotels, especially upscale ones, allow streaming devices. This one DOES NOT. Booked for a cute overnight staycation to watch tv and relax. TV did not allow any streaming devices nor was it a smart TV. These days, this is almost an industry standard. Let down this hotel doesn't follow suit. Won't be back.
