A hotel is acceptable for a one-night stay if you don't have any other options. The transportation links are very good, with a tube station only a 7-minute walk away. The room appeared clean at first, but we later discovered spider webs. The mood of the staff seems to depend on the weather. Some of them weren't particularly friendly, and if you don't speak German, it can be challenging as they don't speak much English.

Pour le rapport qualité prix

Hôtel situé à 500 mètres du U et S Bahn permettant de se déplacer et visiter Hambourg sans difficultés. Le rapport qualité prix est bon, le petit déjeuner propose une variété de produits pour satisfaire tout le monde. Seul bémol le nettoyage des chambres pendant le séjour est bâclé.

Wir wurden bei der Ankunft sehr unfreundlich empfangen. Die Dame an der Rezeption gab keinerlei Informationen zum Standort des Parkplatzes oder zur Nutzung des Autofahrstuhls in die Tiefgarage. Auch zum Zimmer gab es keine Hinweise – auf Nachfrage wurde nur schroff „DA HINTEN“ geantwortet. Im Zimmer war es extrem warm, da die Klimaanlage nicht funktionierte. Als wir dies meldeten, wurden wir herablassend behandelt und darauf hingewiesen, wir sollten sie “richtig einstellen”. Obwohl wir laut Anleitung alles korrekt gemacht hatten, kam weiterhin nur warme Luft. Ein Zimmerwechsel wurde abgelehnt – angeblich sei nichts frei – stattdessen sollte am nächsten Tag ein Techniker kommen. In der Nacht mussten wir mit offenem Fenster schlafen, was wegen des Lärms von Straße und Zügen kaum möglich war. Am nächsten Abend war noch immer nichts repariert worden. Erst nach erneutem Nachhaken kam ein Mitarbeiter mit aufs Zimmer, bestätigte die defekte Anlage und bot schließlich einen Zimmerwechsel an. Die Kollegin reagierte dabei erneut patzig: „Dann sollen sie halt das Zimmer wechseln.“ Das neue Zimmer war dann kühl und ruhig – trotzdem war der Aufenthalt durch die durchweg unfreundlichen Mitarbeitenden und den mangelhaften Service stark getrübt. Ich werde dieses Hotel definitiv nicht noch einmal buchen. Das Hotel ist grundsätzlich sehr schön eingerichtet, dennoch lässt die Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig!

Die Belüftung ist ununterbrochen an und extrem laut, so dass man nicht schlafen kann. Die Klimaanlage im Frühstücksraum ist ebenfalls sehr laut.

Insgesamt nur mittelmäßig. Obwohl es Recht neu ist sind in Zimmer Kleinigkeiten defekt gewesen, z.b. Steckdose die aus der Wand guckt oder ein Handtuchhalter der abfällt. Am Smart TV hat die Kopplung mit dem Handy nicht funktioniert, da die Funktion ausgestellt war. In der Umgebung stehen viele Gebäude leer, vorn an der Hauptstraße gibt es fast ausschließlich Imbiss- und Dönerbuden. Zimmer war ausreichend groß für eine Nacht, beim nächsten Mal würde ich aber ein anderes Hotel vorziehen

It's in a nice location. However, there was so much sand on my floor, suggesting it wasn't cleaned before checking in. I complained to the reception on my first day, and nothing was done. It was so frustrating to step on sand in the room. On the second day, I met a cleaner in the hallway, who was helpful and helped me clean the floor. More so, it was so embarrassing when a staff member came directly into the toilet without a knock while I was naked, using the toilet. I think they have a lot of work to do to improve.

God beliggenhed

Tæt på indkøb, der er en Lidl lige overfor hotellet. Gåafstand til togstationen og mange spisesteder. Ca. 15 gang til et shopping center med H&M, C&A, Only, Jack & Jones, Rossmann osv. Hotellets parkering koster EUR 15 pr. døgn. Savnede et køleskab på værelset. Dårlig og billig sæbe som var til hår og krop, meget parfumeret.

Beim Check in musste ich ewig warten bis der LKW wegfuhr, damit ich parken konnte. Beim Check in gab es keinerlei Info und parken musste ich total beengt. Keiner erwähnte den PKW Fahrstuhl, oder ab wann es Frühstück gab. Hinten im Eck jeden Morgen macht eine blonde Dame lautstark täglich ihre Video Calls, in Ruhe frühstücken ist nicht. Die Dame gehört sogar zum Haus. Mein Zimmer war eisig kalt und ich habe gefroren. Es war recht sauber, bis auf viele Fremde Haare, was ich nicht so toll finde. An der Bar habe ich einen doppelten Whiskey bestellt, aber es wurden mir 2 Drinks stattdessen abgerechnet. Morgens um 6 hat mich dann ein zusammen mit dem ganzen Hotel ein Feueralarm aus dem Bett geholt. Eine Entschuldigung - Fehlanzeige! Das Auschecken war ebenfalls ne Katastrophe und ich habe bis jetzt keine Rechnung erhalten, die inhaltlich korrekt ist. Dieses Hotel kann ich definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen!!!
