Hotel with a difference
An unusual hotel, decor somewhere between a ship and a loft! However very comfortable, staff were good and an excellent restaurant. Conveniently located for Miniatur Wunderland, the Maritime Museum and the harbour and a Ubahn station just opposite so very easy to get into the city centre.

A really nice hotel that's also fun
This hotel is very quirky and fun, in addition to offering good accommodation in a great location. It is in the newer part of the city, very close to the Maritime Museum and a comfortable walk to the Altstadt. The hotel restaurant is excellent. All staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend it!

Great Location
Hafencity is a great location and in my opinion a nicer area of Hamburg than some other with plenty of places to eat etc. This hotel was nice and fairly new, bedrooms OK size wise and nicely equipped too (hairdryer, large shower). I didn't eat at the restaurant at all because too many good places near by to chose from. Positives, mini bar with beer and water free of charge and restocked daily. Other extras include a kit for the sauna from reception which gives you dressing gown and slippers. Also for me windows that open are a real plus. Good underground parking, nice and clean hotel and location is great. Negatives - no USB charging sockets in room, sauna was crazy hot, check in was very slow and sign posting to car park confusing as only main car park seemed signed, but hotel parking floor was not. So spent time looking for my car on wrong floor.

Would stay here again.
Had a 4 night stay for Christmas Markets, location was pretty good with main market a 20 minute walk. The room was a good size double. Bed was comfortable only minor niggle the quilt could have been a little bigger (an extra 30cm wider) as a couple of times we woke with one of us only partially covered but not a real problem. Nice shower and decent sized bathroom. Nice touches included some free mini bar stuff and something we missed until we were checking out was that we could have borrowed a mobile WiFi hotspot while we were out and about (didn't read the info in with the key cards) would have saved us some roaming charges, know better for next time.
