It could have been a nice staying, but.....
It could have been a lovely experience, but it was ruined by the room named "Castello" assigned to us which felt claustrophobic having only a tiny window located flash to the very high ceiling, we politely requested to be moved to a room with a regular window, but with an excuse or another we were never moved during our five nights there. Very disappointing! Aside some misunderstanding about breakfast, the rest was passable but we left not very happy.
